Quality assurance standards
If there is a problem with this product, we will compensate according to the consumer dispute resolution standard notified by the Fair Trade Commission.
- In the case of mountainous/Jeju Island, additional shipping charge will be applied.
- In the case of a return or exchange due to a simple change of mind, a round trip of 5,000 KRW will be incurred.
- Depending on the product type, the delivery can be delayed.
Exchange/Return Shipping Fee
5,000 KRW (Additional 5,000 KRW for shipping between mountainous and Jeju)
In the case of a simple change of mind or exchange/return due to the customer's circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee.

* In case of simple change of mind
- Please enclose the shipping cost without opening within 7 days of receipt.
- If the content of the product received by the customer is different from the content of the display advertisement or contract, exchange/return is possible within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and within 30 days from the date of knowledge.
- In the case of product refund, you must also send the gift provided.
* Due to skin problems
- Certain ingredients in some cosmetics may not fit your skin, so this would not be a product quality issue. Therefore, please attach a statement from a specialist who can prove that the skin problem is caused by the product.
* In case of product defects and delivery errors, free exchanges and refunds are available.
* In case of product exchange, return and re-delivery can be done separately instead of exchanging the product.
If exchange/return is not possible
Product returns or exchanges are not allowed after 14 days of purchase
When the value of the product is degraded due to damage to the opening sticker and sealed packaging or the outer packaging
When products and components (including free gifts) are lost or damaged or contaminated due to careless handling
When the value of the product has decreased significantly due to use or partial consumption
In case of subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with personal preference or feeling of use
